Shaw was introduced to property management at a young age by watching his mother, Peggy, found and expand Arcadia Management Group. Since joining the company in 1998 he has helped bring it to the national stage, managing 40 million square feet across 17 states. As President, he establishes and carries out forward-thinking, technology-focused initiatives that strategically build the value of properties for owners and their tenants.
