Our property accounting staff is led by a team of CPAs skilled in the day-to-day oversight of real estate property accounting and finance for both public and private ownership groups.  We prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements in accordance with GAAP standards, with strict controls that ensure quality, on-time reporting of daily transactions. Because of our commitment to the advancement of property management technology and our partnership with Yardi Systems, we are able to provide state-of-the-art, custom-tailored reporting solutions to meet all of our clients’ needs.
